At Plow & Hearth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 90 days for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all parts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Print Return Label

  Visit our online Returns Portal to generate and print a prepaid shipping label, or use the return form included with your original packing slip.

  Ship Item Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup for larger hearth furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
